INTERGRITY
The Commission as a responsible organization
which promotes the image of the country through its
activities based on high ethical standards, needs
staff who can work to carry out this mandate. As
such, the staff must abhor corruption in every form
and at all times.
COMMITMENT
The commission can only achieve its goals through
staff that are totally committed to duty at all
times.
EFFICIENCY
The commission needs hard working and efficient
staff to accomplish its mission and vision.
PROFESSIONALISM
The commission carries out its responsibilities
with outmost care and sound judgement, and as such,
requires staff who can function as professionals at
all times.
PATRIOTISM
The commission requires staff whose zeal for work
is driven by patriotism.
DISCIPLINE
As a discipline entity, the commission abhors
rumours, gossip, tales and indiscipline at all
times.
FOCUS
As an organization out to achieve set goals, the
commission’s staff must always remain focused with
their minds and eyes on set targets while
discharging their duties within the required
principles of rule of law as contained in the 1999
constitution and EFCC Act 2004.
COURAGE
The commission takes bold and daring decisions in
the course of duty and needs staff who wont submit
to fear, pressure, blackmail or intimidation.
ACCOUNTABILITY
By virtue of the Commission’s mission and vision,
its staff must be accountable in their line of duty
at all times.
LOYALTY
This is 100 percent ( 100% ) absolute commitment
and faithfulness to the leadership of the
commission.
